The two remaining D'Amico & Sons restaurants in the Twin Cities will serve their last meals this spring.
On Thursday, company officials announced plans to shutter their Golden Valley and Edina locations on March 28.
After about 30 years of operations at both restaurants, ownership has decided to not renew their leases.
Officials did not offer further explanation for the closures.
"We extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who enjoyed our family's Italian dishes," the company wrote in a press release.
